Meet the two authors of this blog.
The set up is that Réka gets the fame and the blame, as she was pushing for setting it up. It was she who wanted to create a blog. It seemed such a good idea. But even the best idea needs some structure and a lot of background work. So Réka recruited Andrew to do some editing on the sometimes haphazard texts & actually create the blog page; most photos are also by him. Réka has another important job: to frequently drive Andrew crazy by not letting him create at his own pace…
Réka has been working as a finance professional for 20+ years. Hungarian born she’s moved around a couple of times, having now set up her life-coaching business. She’s got a passion for psychology and understanding why the world works the way it does. The goal is to empower as many people as possible to help them find their way through life and make the journey enjoyable.
Andrew is in the aviation industry. Born in Germany he too has lived in several countries, which gives him a good perspective on life through various cultural lenses. He has a passion for Canada (don’t ask me why—isn’t it bloody cold there all the time?), and he takes amazingly beautiful photos. Of course, he has his own ideas about most of the topics you will read about here, and he will share his point of view from time to time.
